1. Service Acceptance

By using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our terms. By using our online courses and educational services, you agree to these terms.

2. Enrollment and Payment

To enroll in a course, you must complete the full payment. After payment is completed, your enrollment will wait for admin approval. After approval, you will be able to access the course.

3. Refund Policy

Generally, all payments are Non-Refundable. Once payment is completed and enrollment is approved, refunds are generally not provided.

By enrolling in a course, you agree to this policy that:

  • Refunds are generally not available even if the course is not completed
  • Refunds are generally not available even if you are not satisfied for any reason
  • Refunds are generally not available even if enrollment is cancelled

Refund Exception (3-Day Rule)

Within 3 days of enrollment, you can apply for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

Conditions for Refund:

  • Refund application must be made within 3 days from the enrollment date
  • All videos must not be watched - if all videos are watched, refund will not be provided
  • No videos should be downloaded - if videos are downloaded, refund will not be provided
  • If course progress exceeds 50%, refund will not be provided

Please note: Since our videos are pre-recorded, if you watch all videos or download them, refund will not be acceptable. Otherwise, if you apply within 3 days, refund will be provided.

4. Course Content

All course content (videos, notes, materials) is copyright protected. You may only use this content for personal learning purposes. Downloading, copying, or redistributing any content is prohibited.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for the security of your account. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access from your account.

6. Service Changes

We reserve the right to change our services, course content, or terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes.
